Demand
Equipment is repaired under a "time and materials" arrangement (with a one hour minimum charge and billable quarter hours thereafter).
This provides you with an exact dollar amount for each repair. Estimates are available.

Contract
The customer pays a fixed monthly fee for all time, travel, and material with exception to damages due to misuse, vandalism, or acts of nature. Batteries and external accessories are generally excluded.
This provides you with a consistent monthly amount for your communications equipment repair. It’s a great way to budget your repair expenses for the year.
